By downloading, accessing, or using VIBE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this website.

The product

VIBE is an AI Video Generator app for iOS and Android. It lets you create AI-generated videos using multiple supported third-party video models, including WAN 3.0, Seedance 2.5, Happy Horse 1.1, Sora 2, Veo 3.1 and other models listed in the app. VIBE is the application. Model names are not alternate names for VIBE, and VIBE does not claim to have built those models.

Accounts and store purchases

You must follow Apple App Store and Google Play rules for downloads, subscriptions, and in-app purchases. Credits, plans, and prices are shown in the stores and in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies unless a law says otherwise.

Your content

You keep rights in prompts and images you upload, to the extent you had those rights. You grant VIBE a license to process that material so we can generate videos and operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any person, brand, music, or artwork you submit.

Generated videos

AI outputs can be unpredictable. Generated clips may resemble existing works or people. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including posting, commercial use, and any labeling required by a platform. We do not guarantee that a clip is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VIBE to:

• break the law or these terms
• create sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material
• create non-consensual intimate imagery
• run scams, malware, or phishing
• violate another person’s publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights
• attempt to reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law
• overload or disrupt the service

We may refuse a generation, suspend access, or remove content when we believe these rules were broken.

Third-party models

Model providers may apply their own usage rules. If a model is unavailable, rate-limited, or changed, VIBE is not liable for that interruption. The in-app list is the source of truth for what you can run today.

Intellectual property

The VIBE name, logo, website, and app interface are owned by the operator of this site. You may not copy the app or brand assets except for normal use of the product.

Disclaimer

VIBE is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free generations, or specific model quality. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator of VIBE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for VIBE in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars, whichever is greater, unless a law says a higher floor applies.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You may stop using VIBE at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms.
