VIBE is an AI Video Generator app for iOS and Android operated from https://www.vibeaiveo.com. This policy covers the website and the mobile apps listed on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Information we collect

Account and app use. If you create an account or restore purchases, we process identifiers needed to provide the service, such as an app user ID, device type, and purchase status from Apple or Google.

Content you submit. Prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos are processed so the app can run the AI video model you selected. Do not upload information you do not want processed by those models.

Diagnostics. We may collect crash logs, performance data, and coarse device information to keep the app working.

Website analytics. This website uses Vercel Analytics to understand visits and store-badge clicks such as iOS_App_Store_Click and GooglePlay_Store_Click. Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use advertising cookies for that purpose.

How we use information

• To generate AI videos with the model you choose
• To maintain accounts, credits, and restore-purchase flows
• To improve reliability and understand which features are used
• To communicate about the app when you ask for support
• To comply with law and store platform rules

AI video models

When you generate a video, your prompt and any uploaded image are sent to the selected third-party video model so the clip can be created. Those providers process the input to return a result. Model names such as Sora 2, Veo 3.1, WAN 3.0, Seedance 2.5, and Happy Horse 1.1 refer to those models, not to VIBE itself.

Payments

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card number. Store privacy rules apply to those transactions.

Sharing

We share information with infrastructure and model providers only as needed to run VIBE, with analytics providers for the website, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep account and generation data only as long as needed to provide the app, resolve issues, and meet legal duties. You can delete content in the app where that control exists, and you can request deletion of account data as described below.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics, limit photo access in iOS or Android settings, and delete the app at any time. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing.

Children

VIBE is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 where that is the applicable age. Do not use the app if you are under the required age.

International users

The app and website may be hosted in the United States or other countries. If you use VIBE from elsewhere, you understand that information may be processed outside your home country with appropriate safeguards where required.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the app or site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
